We build spec homes that we leave open for you to tour at your leisure or you can make an appointment to tour our homes with one of our sales representatives. Please contact our office to obtain a location to see in which model you are interested.

How much money do I need to put down?

We will ask you for $5,000.00 earnest deposit to lock up one of our spec homes. You will need to consult with a mortgage consultant to further explore your down payment requirements for your specific loan situation.

Does Angle Homes, Inc. provide financing for the purchase of a new home?

No, we do not provide lending or mortgage services. However, we can put you in touch with mortgage specialists with a wide variety of products and services.

Can I pick colors for my new home?

Yes, depending upon the construction stage of the home. Your earnest deposit gives you the ability to make the remainder of the color selections for the home you are purchasing.

Are options and upgrades available?

Yes, we offer a wide selection of options and upgrades - from additional electrical outlets to fireplaces. Please consult our sales department for details.

What type of warranty comes with the purchase of an Angle Home?

Angle Homes, Inc. is proud of our reputation for standing behind our products. Your new home is covered for two years, and we have a warranty department which is dedicated to ensuring timely and effective warranty issues. We also obtain an additional insurance policy to cover your house during the warranty period. The policy also extends the structural coverage of your new Angle Home for 10 years at no cost to you.

How long will it take to build my home?

Currently, our build time is approximately 6 months. The clock starts when building permits are issued.

Will you build an Angle Home on my lot?

Yes, we would be happy to build anywhere within the Kingman, AZ city limits. Please contact our sales department for level lot pricing.
